Customers are responsible for entering personalization details correctly before submitting an order. Deckplate Legacy is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect dates, incorrect ranks, incorrect names, or other inaccurate personalization details.

Personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has started, except where required by law or when the error is caused by Deckplate Legacy.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Deckplate Legacy reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order enters production, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
