Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer products for branches other than the Navy?

While Deckplate Legacy was founded on Navy traditions, we continue to expand our offerings to serve the broader military community. New products and collections are added regularly.

Can I personalize a product?

Many of our products can be personalized with names, ranks, rates, dates, commands, and special messages. If personalization is available, you'll find those options directly on the product page.

I don't see exactly what I'm looking for.

We're always open to hearing new ideas and product suggestions. If you're searching for something specific, reach out, and we'll let you know if we can help.

Are your products intended for active-duty members or veterans?

Both. Our products are designed to honor military service at every stage of the journey—from promotion and leadership milestones to retirement and beyond.

Do you offer gifts for promotions and retirements?

Absolutely. Many of our collections are built around the milestones that matter most, helping preserve memories and celebrate achievements throughout a military career.

Do you offer bulk ordering?

Yes. We may be able to accommodate larger orders for commands, associations, reunions, ceremonies, and special events. Visit our Bulk Orders page for additional information.

Will my item look exactly like the product photos?

We work hard to accurately represent every product. Because some items are personalized or handcrafted, slight variations may occur and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Why are some products available for personalization while others are not?

Personalization options depend on the materials, production process, and design of each product. Available options will always be shown on the product page.

Is Deckplate Legacy affiliated with the U.S. Military?

No. Deckplate Legacy is an independent veteran-owned business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, or any branch of the United States Armed Forces.

Why the name "Deckplate Legacy"?

In the Navy, the deckplates are where Sailors work, lead, learn, and serve. Legacy is the impact we leave behind. Our mission is to create meaningful products that honor the service, traditions, milestones, and stories that continue long after the uniform comes off.
